Mast Construction:
The masts are modular in construction for ease of transportation and assembly. All Kramo equipment is transportable by standard 40FT containers.
With the Kramo system the lift load is transmitted down the square bars into the front base beam. The towers are purely there to keep the square bar vertical. The masts experience very minor loads and are very light in construction compared to other systems.
The bases are modular and depend on the prevailing ground conditions. It is very rare that piling is required under the front base section.
Depending on the type of lift a guyless system can be provided.
All testing is completed with lifting beams and jacks at ground level. Guys do not need to installed during testing.
