"Bidlift erect modular units with a choice of the Kramo lifting system or strand jacks. This depends entirely on the number and positioning of lifting points. If involved at an early stage Bidlift can make suggestions for lifting for direct attachments therefore saving considerable amounts of money on lifting beams etc.

This 3000 tonnes (6.6 million pounds) Module Support Frame of 71.2 x 27.5 x 6.6 meters (234 x 90 x 22 ft) constructed in Scotland at ground level is being lifted to 22.3 meters (73 ft) and supported for two weeks while eight tubular support legs are being installed. A requirement of the client was that the ends of the frame be maintained a constant 25 mm (1 inch) higher than the center.

Erection & Dismantling of Goliath Cranes

Dismantling of Goliath Crane of 5,600 metric tonnes, 205 metres span, with a rail level of 103 metres above ground 205 metres span, with a rail level of 103 metres above ground as shown above. The crane spanning a ship channel was to be broken down into sections for shipment and assembly.
